What we can do for you
We plan out all your training for you months in advance, depending on what you're training for. Delivered to you every week in text or email form. We can schedule regular check-ins with you as well as our in-person sessions to touch base, keep you accountable, and make any necessary changes. In-person sessions are tailored to the individual and can include as many people as you want. Sessions are usually a key workout in the week a coach facilitates form, dynamic warm up and delivers the session in an engaging and motivating way. This also serves as a way to build a client-coach relationship and enables a regular touch base with you.
